- All vendors will receive ONE table and TWO chairs for their vendor booth area. All other tables, chairs, and tablecloths must be provided by the vendor.
- Wifi will be made available to vendors in the foyer areas. Wifi passwords will be provided onsite.
- Vendors will have access to a set of stairs and a non-industrial elevator to transport their materials.
- Parking is available onsite. The rate is $7.00 for the first hour and $5.00 per hour/per car with a *$28.00 daily maximum per car/per day fee. Group rate is $15.00 per car, per day.
- QALDF will agree to promote vendors on the Festival website, in the program, and on social media.
- Please keep in mind that availability is on a first come first serve basis.
- PAYMENTS: All payments MUST be made in full in order to reserve your vendor booth. A vendor is not confirmed until their payment has been posted.
- Please note: Vendors may purchase an additional 6 feet for $100/6 feet for a maximum of 18 feet at checkout.
